Fellowship applications

The 11th European Conference on Computational Biology (ECCB12) will provide several conference fellowships to help students and postdocs presenting a poster or paper to attend the conference.

Several organizations support ECCB by granting fellowships. Grantees will be communicated the source of support and must acknowledge it in their paper or poster. The award will depend on your geographical location. The maximum amount that you will be reimbursed will be included in your award letter.

Travel fellowships will pay for a partial contribution towards lodging, conference registration, and travel expenses. Affiliated expenses, such as evening meals, workshops, tutorials, late registration fees, and satellite meetings will not be eligible for reimbursement.

The conference organizers are committed to providing support to as many eligible applicants as possible. However, our funding sources are very limited and we regret that we are not able to fund all applicants. Applying for a fellowship does not guarantee that you will receive funding. If you require a fellowship to attend the conference, do not register until after you have been notified that you have received an award.
